These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Football Probs (the "Site"), available at footballprobs.com. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. What Football Probs is

Football Probs publishes statistical Monte Carlo simulations of the remainder of football league seasons. The Site estimates each team's probability of finishing in every league position by rebuilding ELO ratings from real historical match results and running hundreds of thousands of simulations of the remaining fixtures. All numbers are model outputs, not predictions of certainty, and may change every week as new match data arrives.

2. Entertainment only — not betting advice

The content on this Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice or a recommendation of any kind. We make no guarantee of accuracy. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information presented. If you choose to gamble on sporting events, please do so responsibly and within the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the statistical content will be accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, including but not limited to losses incurred from betting, gambling or financial decisions based on Site content.

5. Intellectual property

Team names, league names and club crests referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for informational purposes. The simulation code, charts, written commentary and presentation layer are the intellectual property of the Site operator. You may link to any page on the Site and quote short excerpts for non-commercial use with attribution.

6. Third-party content

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and contains outbound links to third-party websites, some of which are affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising and cookies work.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
